NeonZ Consulting Services, the relationship development division of NeonZ Enterprizez, is headed by myself as a way to generate initial contact with individuals and organizations. Most projects require a "ballet" of conversions to nail down the specifics, requirements, and obstacles of a project in order to produce the desired result. When needed, I call upon my "consulting partners" to provide more in-depth knowledge or expanded service when I am required for other projects. These contacts are in, but not limited to, the video and film industry, non-profit organizational development, insurance coverage, health and fitness, religious organizational development and ministry, animation development, game development, interactive multimedia, and real-estate.

My experience with a wide range of technologies and creative ventures puts me in a unique position to provide adequate opinions and recommendations on a great many things. I believe that I am sufficiently equipped to offer aid in areas I understand.

REALITY BASED CONSULTING

There are things I know, things I know I can learn, and things I don't want to learn. My view of consulting with clients is simply to give them enough usable information to empower them to make the best decisions for the company or family. Honesty and sincerity play a large role in providing this service. If I can do it, I will. If I can't, I won't.

For things that I do not want to learn, like knitting or toaster design, I will not even attempt to consult with a client. However, I may be able to refer you to someone that could.

For things that I currently do not fully understand but can learn, I pour a large amount of energy into research and development. I usually do this on an as-needed basis. If someone needs a feature within my grasp, I will research, learn, and provide that feature. As a natural by-product of this mentality I get about 15 trade magazines every month in various industries. Trying to stay up to date with current events requires me to be diligent in what I read and how to implement newly gained knowledge.
